The Bellaire Toastmasters Club (formerly the Telephone Talkers Toastmasters Club) was established on December 1, 1989. Its mission then as now is to provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communications and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
